The last few weeks have been consumed by beets. Rick drove truck for beets, and in turn we all fell victim to his gruelling schedule. Okay, it’s not that bad. We actually look forward to this time of year. It’s definitely a different pace. Plus Rick gets to play with trucks! ;0) The kids got to ride with him for about an hour one day, and they really thought that was cool. His very last day of driving, Jenn’s parents came for a visit. It’s always nice to get a visit from family for a few days, especially when visits come few and far between. Here’s a picture.
